Independent role

Gauze Bandage Source may organize a buyer brief, identify candidate suppliers, relay questions and normalize quotation fields. We are not a manufacturer, seller of record, medical provider, regulator, testing laboratory or authorized representative of a supplier. Catalog entries are inquiry options rather than inventory or approved products.

Supplier information

Specifications, pricing, minimum order quantities, availability, documents, samples and delivery assumptions must be confirmed by the responding supplier for the exact offered model. Public references and preliminary replies do not establish certification, suitability or performance.

Buyer decisions

The buyer is responsible for intended use, final specification, evidence review, sample acceptance, regulatory or clinical review, supplier approval, contract terms and payment decisions. The service does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

Benefit eligibility

Any sourcing support eligibility is limited to qualified business buyers and is confirmed only after product, quantity, destination and sourcing requirements are reviewed. “Up to” language is a ceiling, not a fixed discount or guaranteed result.

Acceptable use
